I signed up but I do not see my dashboard▾
Confirm you completed email verification if prompted. Try logging in from an incognito window to rule out stale cookies. If the issue persists, email support@peopleloop.io with the email you used to register.
The chat widget does not load on my website▾
Check that the embed snippet matches the org shown in your People Loop settings, that the page is served over HTTPS in production, and that a content security policy (CSP) allows scripts from People Loop. Disable ad blockers while testing. See Getting started for the full embed flow.
How does billing and upgrading work?▾
Plans and limits are summarized on the Pricing page. Upgrades, invoices, and payment methods are managed through the billing experience in your account. For Stripe-related questions, use the same email as your subscription when writing to support.
When does a conversation escalate to a human?▾
Escalation rules depend on your plan and how you configured handoff in the product (for example when a user asks for a person or when the model is unsure). Agents pick up from the Live Support area in the app. See also Features for capability overview.
Can I export or delete my data?▾
Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. For export or deletion requests, contact support@peopleloop.io with your organization name and the email on the account.
